One pack. Every smart feature.

The basics need no account and no credits. Credits are only for the features below.

πŸŽ™οΈ Voice Co-Pilot

Ask questions, change settings, plan multi-stop trips, road trip chat and a co-pilot that notices what you need (Claude).

πŸ“Έ Photo Reading

Read your fuel gauge from a dashboard photo, and log a service from a receipt photo (Claude).

πŸ—ΊοΈ Google Maps Directions

Turn-by-turn directions with live traffic, place search and autocomplete, and gas stations on the map (Google).

🧭 "Take Me Somewhere"

Say what you need or how you feel, and Drivehelp picks one open place and starts directions (Claude and Google).

🎧 Natural Voices

A natural-sounding reply voice and more accurate transcription in a noisy car (OpenAI).

πŸ”Œ Connectors

The co-pilot can use a developer connector you've added. The connector call itself goes straight from your phone to that service.

Small questions, small cost.

What a feature uses depends on how much work it takes. These are rough guides.

A quick voice question

Uses a fraction of a credit.

Longer chats, photo reading and live directions

Use more. A long road trip chat, reading a dashboard photo or live Google directions cost more than a quick question.

Always shown in the app

Settings β†’ Drivehelp Packs always shows what's left. How many credits a feature uses may change over time, and the app shows the current usage.

Credits, explained

Short answers about packs, accounts and refunds.

What's a credit?

A unit Drivehelp uses to pay for the AI, voice, places and directions features. Each time you use one of those features, a small number of credits comes off your balance. Credits have no cash value.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription. Buy a pack only when you want more.

Do I need an account?

Only for credits. To buy packs and use the features they power, sign in with Apple or Google. Speed alerts, HUD, the fuel gauge, trips, drowsiness and break reminders, cars, service, routines, saved places and community reports all work without an account.

Your account holds your email, your sign-in provider, your credit balance, the packs you've bought and billing records of what features used (no content). See the Privacy Policy.

I got a new phone. How do I get my credits back?

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on the new phone, then open Settings β†’ Drivehelp Packs and tap Restore / check my purchases.

Your trips, places and routines are separate: they're only on your old phone. Use Settings β†’ Move to a new phone to export them and import them on the new one. We don't move your data for you, because we never have it.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.

I bought credits and they're missing.

Open Settings β†’ Drivehelp Packs and tap Restore / check my purchases. Still missing? Call or email us and have your account code ready (it's shown in Settings β†’ Drivehelp Packs).

Bought credits and something's not right?

Have your account code from Settings β†’ Drivehelp Packs ready, and we'll sort it out.
